How to use the Samarpan Alchemy Website
Q) How do I download Products and Courses?
A) If you have purchased a downloadable Product or Course, the download process is the same:
1. Visit the Student Section by entering your Username / Password at the top of the page.
2. Once in the Student Section, you will see all the Products and Courses you have currently assigned to your account, along with the remaining period within which to download them before they expire.
3. Click on the Product or Course which you wish to download.
4. A new window will open containing all the items which are available for you to download for that Course.
5. Below each item, you will see information regarding file size, the approximate download time, an icon representing its file type, and also the word Download.
6. Right click on the word Download, and a menu will appear on the screen.
7. From this menu, select the option Save Target As (some browsers may use the words Save Link As or something similar instead).
8. A new box will appear asking you to select the destination on your computer you wish to save the files to.
9. When you are happy with the destination you have chosen, click on the Save button, and the file will automatically start to download to your computer.
10. When the download process is complete, the file will be ready to open or play.
Repeat the above steps until you have downloaded all the items for the Course.
You are able to download the Products and Courses as many times as you wish during the activation period, however, after this period has elapsed the Product or Course will disappear from your account. We therefore advise you keep copies of the files you download in a safe place.
Q) How do I create an account?
A) An account is created in two ways:
1. If you are attending a Live Samarpan Alchemy Course, an account will be created for you, and you will be able to use it to access all Course materials at a later date.
2. If you are purchasing a Product or Course on-line, an account will be automatically created for you as you proceed through the ordering process, using the information which you provide.
Q) What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
A) If you have forgotten or lost your password then:
1. Click on the Forgotten Your Password button at the top of the screen.
2. On the new page, enter your Username, and then click on the Reset My Password button.
3. Your Password will now be automatically reset, and a temporary Password will be sent to your email account.
4. You have the option to now log on to the Student Section and use the Change Password option to reset your Password once again to something which is more memorable.
Q) What do I do if I have forgotten my Username?
A) Unfortunately, there is currently no automatic process on the Samarpan Alchemy website which would allow you to retrieve a forgotten or lost Username.

Q) What can I do on the Student Portal?
A) In the Student Section, you can do the following:
1. Download Courses and Products which you have bought.
2. Update your Account Details.
3. View and print off your Invoices.
4. View future Live Course Dates.
5. If you have purchased a Light Body Graduate course, you can click on the Light Body Request option to receive authorisation to download the course.
6. You are also able to view the rest of the website from within the Student Section.
Q) I have changed my Email Address - what do I do?
A) If you want to change your Email Address then:
1. Log on to the Student Section using your Username / Password.
2. Once in the Student Section, click on the Update Account option.
3. After changing your Email Address in the field shown, click on the Update button.
4. Your Email Address will be automatically updated on the database.
Q) I have changed my Address - what do I do?
A) If you have changed your Home / Address then:
1. Log on to the Student Section using your Username / Password.
2. Once in the Student Section, click on the Update Account option.
3. After changing your Address Details in the fields shown, click on the Update button.
4. Your Account Details will be automatically updated on the database.
Q) I want to change my Password - what do I do?
A) If you want to change your Password then:
1. Log on to the Student Section using your Username / Current Password.
2. Once in the Student Section, click on the Change Password option.
3. After entering your Old and New Passwords in the fields shown, click on the Change My Password button.
4. Your New Password will be automatically updated on the database.
Note: The Password Strength Indicator helps you create a New Password which is more secure.
