Music for Light Body Teachers – Terms & Conditions

The CD albums displayed on this website were created to support the work of Samarpan Alchemy and other Light Body teachers, and each track contains transmissions of light through the inner planes of consciousness.

If you wish to use this music as background on your guided meditations, and commercially available products, you have permission from Samarpan Alchemy and Simon Lilly to do so, royalty free, but only if you meet and continue to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. To use this music, you must have qualified as a Light Body teacher with Lita de Alberdi at the School of the Living Light (www.schoolofthelivinglight.co.uk). These individuals are not required to request permission from Samarpan Alchemy to use this music, but they are required to inform Samarpan Alchemy that they are doing so.
  2. If you have trained with Light de Alberdi at the School of the Living Light as a Meditation teacher the above requirement also applies.
  3. If you are a Light Body teacher who did not qualify with Lita de Alberdi, and you also wish to use this music, you will be required to first write to Samarpan Alchemy with details of the teacher, or method, by which you qualified as a Light Body teacher. Upon receipt of this information, Samarpan Alchemy reserves the right to refuse permission, without explanation. Only those Light Body teachers who have received a letter of confirmation from Samarpan Alchemy can then use this music as background.
  4. If any Light Body teacher is using this music without having first informed Samarpan Alchemy that they are doing so, then they will not have met the above Terms & Conditions, and so will not have permission to use this music.
  5. Light Body teachers have permission to use this music as background for their Awakening Your Light Body courses, their LuminEssence Graduate Light Body classes, any Graduate Light Body classes which originated from their own guides, and any non-Light Body Meditation or Self-Development courses which they might wish to create. This also applies to any commercially available CDs or CD albums which you may wish to create and distribute.
  6. You can only use this music unless you have a voice-over with it, and royalty permission is only given for this music to be used as background for your voice.
  7. If you use this music on your CDs somewhere on the cover or back cover you must include "Music by Simon Lilly." If you also have room on the back or inside cover, it would be appreciated if you could also indicate that the music can be ordered from www.greenmantrees.demon.co.uk.
  8. If your students are interested in purchasing the Samarpan Alchemy CD albums for themselves, please inform them they can do so from www.greenmantrees.demon.co.uk
  9. This music is only to be used on spiritually-oriented products of a positive, uplifting nature.
  10. You may not embed and sell this music with subliminal audio messages.
  11. If Samarpan Alchemy is required to update these Terms & Conditions for any reason, then Samarpan Alchemy will write to all teachers on their user list. All teachers will be required to acknowledge their acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions, and then abide by the new Terms & Conditions from that date onwards. If a teacher does not confirm your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions, then they will no longer have permission to use this music.
  12. You understand that if do not meet any of the above Terms & Conditions, or during the course of your use of this music break any of the above Terms & Conditions, you will be required to stop using this music immediately, and legal action may be taken against you if you continue to do so.
