Samarpan Alchemy Terms and Conditions

Enrolment in any Samarpan Alchemy live or CD album course is conditional upon the following Terms and Conditions, which are non-negotiable:

  1. All students must be of legal age and be prepared to take full responsibility for their participation in any course, and any consequences which arise from their participation in that course.
  2. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they are in suitable physical, emotional and mental health before undertaking any Samarpan Alchemy course, and it is their responsibility to seek professional medical advice if necessary.
  3. It is a student’s responsibility to read and understand the details of the course on which they are enrolling.
  4. It is the student’s responsibility to read all Booking Information and all available Terms and Conditions pertaining to Samarpan Alchemy courses.
  5. Samarpan Alchemy reserves the right to request additional information from students before accepting them on to a course.
  6. Samarpan Alchemy reserves the right to request written confirmation of a student’s experience and / or qualifications before accepting them on to a course.
  7. To be accepted on to a course, a student must receive a letter of confirmation from Samarpan Alchemy.
  8. Samarpan Alchemy reserves the right to refuse applications for any class without explanation.
  9. Samarpan Alchemy reserves the right to ask students to leave a course or class without explanation, and under such circumstances, course fees will be non-refundable.
  10. It is the student’s responsibility to provide Samarpan Alchemy with all relevant information pertaining to consideration for acceptance on to a course. If a student provides incorrect or incomplete information, then Samarpan Alchemy reserves the right to refuse their application without explanation, or to ask them to leave a course without explanation, and under such circumstances, course fees will be non-refundable.
  11. Once accepted on to the course of their choice, a student’s deposit is non refundable and non transferable, and the full class fee, once paid, is also non refundable and non transferable after commencement of the class.
  12. Class fees are due and payable at the start of each class. Samarpan Alchemy reserves the right to refuse admittance to a class if the student has not paid in full.
  13. All materials and content of a Samarpan Alchemy course is confidential, and students agree not to teach the class or share any content with others without written permission from Samarpan Alchemy.
  14. The copyright for all Samarpan Alchemy CDs and written material resides with Samarpan Alchemy at all times.
